For this project, I served as both Project Manager and UX/UI Designer, focusing on team coordination to leverage each member’s unique strengths while ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. I established clear guidelines, tracked deadlines, and verified that the final submission met all requirements. In addition, I conducted in-depth market research and spearheaded the branding process (excluding logo design), incorporating team feedback to drive well-rounded, consensus-based decisions.

SweetQueue streamlines bakery operations with an online ordering system for customers and an admin dashboard for staff, enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and improving customer experience.
